    I think you have your Mediterranean cultures and cuisines rather confused . The Greek word for small,tasty tit-bits is Mezes NOT Tapas (which is Spanish)If you need more information on Greek cooking see the 100 or more cookbooks on Greek & Mediterranean food at this web site:
